How many campaign signs will I need?
It’s important to make sure you order the right amount of signs for your first order. Why? Because ordering signs twice is EXPENSIVE!!! So, when you place your order, make sure it’s the right quantity.
But how do you know you’re arriving at the right number? Here’s a quick formula to help you get as close to perfect as possible.
Yards: 1.5 per block in your district
Polling Places: 3 - 4 per polling place
Example: If your city council district is 20 by 50 blocks, that’s 1,000 blocks. Multiply 1,000 blocks by 1.5 signs, which equals 1,500 signs. Then, take the number of polling places, in this case you’d have about 20 polling places times 3 signs per location - so, 20 times 3 is 60. In this example, you’d have 1,560 signs. You probably don’t want to order an odd amount like that, so you’d place your order for 1,500 or 1,600 signs.
Don’t forget, harvest as many signs as you can after you win your primary and use those in the general election.
Paper or Plastic? Which yard sign is right for me?
Generally speaking, coated paper signs are less expensive than corrugated plastic signs and poly-bag signs are even less expensive than paper. And, there’s a big difference in quality between the three kinds.
But, that doesn’t mean one is better than another. It all depends on YOUR needs. What’s right for one campaign isn’t necessarily the right kind for another.

Do the wire stakes come with my sign order?
Absolutely! The price of your sign includes the wire frame or stake. Be careful of companies who don’t include the wire with the sign price. The price could look very attractive, but when they add the price of the wire stake or frame, the price just isn’t as pretty. It’s kind of like a loss leader.
How fast can I get my signs?
Well here’s the deal, we’ll get you your signs as fast as humanly possible – and that’s a promise!!! Why? Because we want you to win! We’re all about our clients winning and we do everything we can to be part of the success.
We’ll ship your signs the day we promise and we’ll ship them the method you choose.
Typically, we’ll have your signs to you within five days of printing. Since our company is owned by political professional, we’ve been on your side of the phone, waiting for signs that are constantly delayed. We’ll save you that frustration!
How long will it take to process my order?
When we’ve confirmed your order and have the artwork, it will take about 24 to 48 hours to print your signs. Then, we’ll ship them to you the fastest way we can.
Can you print a Union Bug on my signs?
Of course! We’re proud of our union shop. And here’s a secret: No one should EVER charge you for a union bug – and they shouldn’t offer it for “free.”
We put our Union Bug on every sign we make, unless you request that we do not print it. It’s your call, but we’re a proud union shop! As a side note, don’t believe the old kind of thinking that union shops are more expensive. We’re not. In fact, you won’t find a better product or a better price anywhere. And, most union shops are just as competitive as non-union shops.
Do you do other kinds of signs?

Are you a green facility?
As green as we can be! The ink we use is the most environmentally friendly ink available and they produce near zero (undetectable) emissions. Unlike traditional screen printing inks, our inks do not contain any solvents – and there’s where we’re different. It’s better on the environment and it’s better on us!
How do I pay for my signs?
You can fax us a check, or pay by credit card.
Will I get to see a proof of my artwork before my signs are printed?
Absolutely! In fact, we won’t even print your signs until we have your approval. Visit our Design Center for artwork specifications and information.

What’s the smallest amount of signs I can order?
We don’t have a minimum. If you need 1 sign or 1,000,000 signs, we can do them.
Will I pay sales tax on my order?
No. You only pay for your sign order and your shipping. The only exception would be to residents of Nebraska. If you live in Nebraska, you’ll pay sales tax.
Can I pick my sign order up?
Of course. We never charge for pick-up orders, and we’d be glad to meet you!
Do I need a disclaimer on my signs?
Yes, most jurisdictions require some sort of disclaimer. Make sure you have the proper language so we can make sure that your signs comply with your local laws.
What kind of art files will you accept?
